- Cancellation and refund policy
TRAVEL: Any cancellations or refunds in regards to purchased services will have to be communicated to Kotville Tours and Travel Ltd offices on info@kotville.co.ke or traveldesk@kotville.co.ke . Note that penalty fees may be incurred for both cancellations and refunds.
- Privacy Policy
Kotville Tours and Travel Ltd guarantees the Privacy and Protection of data collected and preserved in the course of service delivery to our esteemed clients.
The information collected will solely be used and applied for the sole purpose it’s being requested for. Our staff shall endeavor to notify our clients the purpose of the information being requested at the time of request. Whether it is for the ticket booking, issuance or hotel reservations. All the information collected shall be preserved and stored incompliance with the legal and regulatory framework governing Data Protection in Kenya.
- Payments
For all card payments made on the Kotville Tours and Travel Ltd website holders will incur a charge of 3.9% on top of any amounts to be paid to us for any of the services being purchased except for holders of Amex card who will incur a 4.2% charge on top of the purchases.
- Certificates
A certificate provided by the administrator maintaining our digital content is sufficient evidence of the version of the content as at a stated date and time.
- General Provisions
If we do not always use all our rights it does not mean that we have given them up.
