                      The information collected will solely be used and applied for the sole purpose it\u2019s being requested for.\u00a0 Our staff shall endeavor to notify our clients the purpose of the information being requested at the time of request. Whether it is for the ticket booking, issuance or hotel reservations. All the information collected shall be preserved and stored incompliance with the legal and regulatory framework governing Data Protection in Kenya.<\/p>\n

                        For all card payments made on the Kotville Tours and Travel Ltd website holders will incur a charge of 3.9% on top of any amounts to be paid to us for any of the services being purchased except for holders of Amex card who will incur a 4.2% charge on top of the purchases.<\/p>\n

                        1. Certificates <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          A certificate provided by the administrator maintaining our digital content is sufficient evidence of the version of the content as at a stated date and time.<\/p>\n
